Aluminium Manhole Cover and Frame- Double Sealed

Create a Pleasing Finish to any Flooring Design, no need to have a solid metal manhole cover on display in your new house extension, refurbished bathroom, home improvement project, DIY or flooring design.

Alusthetic DS-Line recessed access chamber covers are highly aesthetic extruded aluminium construction manufactured to BS:EN124 standard, they come with a reinforcement mesh and two lifting keys provided.

The Double Sealed line features two seals; the first being at the base and a T-rubber seal built-in to the side of the outer frame, resulting to an odour and waterproof aluminium cover that’s also self-secured to the outer frame.

Alusthetic access covers obtain a unique T-rubber seal which allows for an additional odour barrier along with extra elasticity to avoid tension between the recessed cover and frame, thus allowing prevention of dirt between the cover and frame. They make perfect for exterior applications, universal for a wide range of applications with ease.

When replacing your manhole/access cover please be sure to measure the aperture size (hole) and the overall size (with the frame) to be sure to check against the measurements supplied.

This double sealed cover has an overall depth of 60mm including the frame. The in tray depth is 48mm giving you room for your infill later and your flooring finish even if you have an issue with the space allowed for the cover underneath.
