Delivery
Cut off times?

We offer a 2pm cut off point for parcel dispatches however pallets have an earlier cut off of 11am.

Where is my item?

Please refer to the confirmation email sent to your inbox once your item was shipped, this will provide a tracking reference and a link to he couriers website to check any delivery specifics.

All our shipments are sent via tracked services ** pallets
is the only exception.

What if my delivery is late?

Once shipped items are controlled by the courier, please check the status of delivery with the courier first. Delays can be outside of our control, we will of course do our best to help you can find out of any issues with your delivery.

We cannot accept liability for any personal damages resulting from delays of the goods, including compensation for lost work and exceptional hire charges in relation
to delays.  We strongly advise all customers to not schedule or start work before they are in receipt of the goods.

General delivery information

We aim to dispatch all orders that day up to 2pm cut off time Monday-Friday. All orders as standard are shipped 1-3 day.

All orders made at the weekend will be shipped the following Monday *Bank Holiday’s the following Tuesday.

We use royal mail, DPD local, DX and MSC for our deliveries. Your courier will be confirmed on your dispatch email along with your consignment ref.

For Royal Mail, DX and DPD local items are fully tracked and images supplied on delivery. These can be accessed on the couriers website.

MSC or NINGBO - Palletised deliveries are not trackable. Orders are also delivered to the curb side and not onto property.

Royal mail provide texts and emails to confirm deliveries, please note items can be left with neighbours and in safe places. GPS locators are also used for these deliveries. If an item is recorded as delivered but is not please wait until the next day to see if the royal mail system updates with new information.

DPD local provide texts and emails and a 1 hr delivery window for deliveries. Amendment can also be made to deliveries on the DPD local website.

DX has tracking events and items can be located along their journey but no specific times will be provided.

We offer free delivery on all our items as standard.*

*1-3 day standard shipping to mainland UK

Please note all specific delivery requests made on orders will be added and provided to the courier, it is at the discretion of the delivery person if this information used.  

Collection
Can I collect?

Yes if your local or happy to collect please note this on your order and we will contact you to work out the best time to collect from our warehouse.

Where do I collect from?

You’re welcome to collect your order from us in Wallasey. Our facility is easily accessible, situated on Wheatland Lane near St Pauls Road.

Once you arrive, simply find a spot in the designated parking area by the first shutter on the right and our warehouse team will be ready at the doorway to help you with your collection.

Directions:

  • From M53: Approximately 3.6 miles from the end of the M53, along Dock Road.
  • Kingsway Tunnel (Wallasey Tunnel): Roughly 1.5 miles from the entrance. Please note that tolls apply on this route.
  • Queensway Tunnel (Birkenhead Tunnel): About 2.5 miles distance. Tolls are applicable on this route as well.
  • Liverpool City Centre: An estimated 4.4 miles away. On a clear day, you can spot the iconic Liver Birds! Tolls are charged on this route.

Public Transport:

  • Bus Service: Route 409 operates from Wallasey Village to Birkenhead via Wheatland Lane.
  • Train Station: The nearest station is Hamilton Square, located 1.3 miles away.

Issues
Where is my tape and geotextile for my soakaway crate kits?

Please note geotextile piece and tape are packed inside the crates when ordered as a kit. Please look for a white section on one of the crates this is the geotextile and the tape will be inside the same crate underneath. The fabric and tape my be at the bottom of a crate depending on how it has been offloaded. See image for an example of what to look for.

Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order please let us know ASAP. If the item hasn’t shipped we can cancel your order quickly and refund. If the item has already shipped; the item will have to be returned to us before a refund can take place, it may be best to refuse the delivery of the item for it to come back to us easily.

Returns / Refunds

Please contact us via hello@spudulica.co.uk if you wish to return your item. Please provide your order number and reason for returning.

Please then package up the item and return it to us at; Spudulica Home & Garden Limited, Crystal House, Unit 29, Wheatland Business Park, Wallasey, United Kingdom, CH44 7ER.

Please make a note of order number and surname on the item so it can be identified easily.

We can book the return with any courier you want and we recommend using interparcel.com for large item returns as it allows flexibility with couriers prices and postage options.

Please ensure items are packed well for their return as any items damaged will not be refunded. Insurance is recommended to be purchased for all returns to prevent any issues with refunds.

Damages

If damages are found to your items please contact us ASAP. We will need clear images to be able to follow this up with the courier and for our own investigation.

If the damages are found on delivery please make the courier aware of the issue first so this can be logged on their systems. If major damage has occurred refuse delivery.

Payments

In case of card issues please contact your card issuer. Most failed payments are due to errors in entering card information.

We take payment via the website via card or PayPal. Or we can take payment over the phone if this is a way you would like to pay. Bespoke quotes and orders are to be paid by BACs transfer to our bank account. Bank details will be supplied if you want to go ahead.
