• These Covers have both plastic and Steel frames depending on size ordered. Also supports additional for largest sizes.

Recessed Grass Manhole Covers

Manhole inspection chamber cover specifically designed for lawns and grassed areas.

Create a pleasing finish to your lawn, no need to have a solid metal manhole cover that ruins your garden design.

This range of manhole covers enables you to effectively hide ugly cast iron or metal covers that are ruining an otherwise beautiful grassed area but still giving you instant access should you ever need to access the drain system below.

Grass top covers have 2x factory fitted membranes (woven and non-woven) to help keep soil in place in the tray not be lost through drainage holes in the trays base.

The membranes cover the interior of the tray.

All covers come with specific lifting points, some include fitted lifting handles* others require keys for a secure lift. (please review images for each size and lifting option)


Product Sizing - When replacing your manhole/access cover please be sure to measure the aperture size (hole) and the overall size (with the frame) to be sure to check against the measurements supplied.

The covers are available in 80mm and 100mm depths which are both tried and tested as sufficient to allow and promote good grass growth.

All covers are specified by their clear opening size which is the size of the hole in the ground.
