Aluminium Manhole Cover and Frame- Triple Sealed

These Alusthetic Aluminium Recessed Manhole Covers provide a perfect way to finish your interior flooring without it being spoiled by a standard ugly metal manhole cover in the middle of your nice floor. Triple sealed manhole covers are supplied as a full set with cover, frame, reinforcing mesh (for the screed layer) lifting point cover caps and a set of lifting keys.

Alusthetic Aluminium Recessed Manhole Covers have 3 individual seals that prevent odour and debris getting into the frame of the cover. These neoprene seals also provide a cushioning when lifting and re siting the cover back into the frame. The lifting keys are threaded to allow you to screw the keys into the lifting points for a secure and stable lift. The threaded part is also used to secure the cover to the frame. Triple sealed covers are sealed and locking making them compliant with building regulations, safe and durable for internal applications. The other part of the T shaped key is an Allen key to allow you to remove the locking screws with ease.

When replacing your manhole/access cover please be sure to measure the aperture size (hole) and the overall size (with the frame) to be sure to check against the measurements supplied.

This triple sealed cover has an overall depth of 80mm including the frame. The in tray depth is 61mm giving you room for your infill later and your flooring finish even if you have an issue with the space allowed for the cover underneath.
