The Harcostar Long Linking Kit is ideal when your water butts need to be positioned further apart or when you need a little more flexibility with your installation.

The longer connecting hose allows you to link two compatible water butts together so that, as the first tank fills, excess water can flow through to the second.

Ideal for:

• Water butts positioned with a larger gap between them

• Installations where extra hose length is useful

• Increasing your overall rainwater storage capacity

• Connecting a second water butt without adding another downpipe diverter

The Straight Water Butt Connector Kit is a simple option for linking two water butts positioned close together.

The straight connection creates a neat link between the tanks, allowing collected rainwater to move between the two water butts.

Ideal for:

• Water butts installed side-by-side

• Short, direct connections

• Neat and simple installations

• Increasing water storage in a compact space

How Does a Water Butt Linking Kit Work?

A linking kit connects the side of one water butt to another. Once the water reaches the height of the connection, it can flow into the second tank, giving you additional rainwater storage.

For best results, position your water butts on a firm, stable and level base and follow the fitting instructions supplied with your chosen kit.

Always check that the connector size and fitting are suitable for your water butt before drilling any new holes.

Please note: Water butts are not included. Compatibility can vary depending on the water butt model and existing connection points, so please check suitability before installation. Both linking kits have different diameter hoses and lengths. Some drilling for installation may be required depending on the make and model of your water butt.
